The house was completely renovated in 2019 and divided so thatit is both the owners’ personal home and separated accommodation for the guests. The two apartments are mainly used for seasonal tourism and/ or business trips and are located on the ground floor of the building. Each has its own individual access and its own private garden.

The private car park only allows loading / unloading of luggage. During your stay there will be free parking near Casa Tina (P.za Lorenzo Destefanis).
At the property you will find all the SAFETY DEVICES, such as thermometers and disinfectant gels. All the rules of physical distancing are also respected; check-in and check-out will be "contactless". The lodgings are disinfected between stays; sheets, towels and laundry washed according to local authority guidelines. Dishes, cutlery, glasses and other crockery are sterilized.
